About Cedarwinds

First established in 1982 and built by Ken LeClair, the Cedarwinds Association began with a small group of 14 units on the Olive Street side. As Bozeman grew, additional units were slowly added in 1983 and 1984, eventually becoming the 60-unit complex we see today. The complex is located in a prime location for easy access to downtown Bozeman, hiking trails, and much more.

I have visitors coming. Where can they park?

Visitors may park in any non-numbered space. Alternatively, they may park on Koch Street, Olive Street, or 17th Avenue. The numbered spaces and garage areas are tied to the associated unit number and should only be used with permission of the unit owner or their tenants. No vehicles should be parked in common areas of the private streets not marked as parking spaces. Vehicles parked inappropriately may be towed.
